Criminal exploitation of children and young people is a growing social problem. Victims are pressured into committing crimes such as transporting drugs, theft or financial fraud. Because the signs are often hard to recognise, knowledge among professionals is essential.
Commissioned by NHVeilig and FIER, Creatics developed the interactive BUIT e-learning. This online training helps professionals recognise signs of criminal exploitation, ask the right questions and act appropriately when they are concerned about a young person.
With realistic practical situations and interactive assignments, the e-learning contributes to greater awareness and better support for vulnerable young people. This is how we use technology to support professionals with an important social issue.
